For a change-of-mind or other non-quality return, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged and complete, with its original packaging and all included parts. Opening the package and carrying out a reasonable inspection does not, by itself, make an item ineligible. You may check the dimensions, color, included components and fit without lighting the appliance, connecting a fuel supply, cooking with the item or otherwise putting it into use.

Grills and griddles must not have been fired, seasoned by the customer, used for cooking, or exposed to food grease, smoke residue or ash. Tools, baskets, racks, skewers, presses, smoker boxes and pizza stones must not have been used for food preparation or cooking. These restrictions apply to voluntary non-quality returns, not to a defect that becomes apparent during proper use.

Keep all supplied pieces together, including cooking plates, grates, ash catchers, grease cups, shelves, handles, hardware and other included components. Return tool sets and skewer sets complete. Do not include personal belongings, separately purchased accessories, fuel or gas cylinders.

If original packaging is unavailable, contact us before paying for return shipping so we can explain eligibility and discuss suitable protective packaging. These conditions do not prevent you from reporting a defect, shipping damage, an incorrect item or missing components. Our voluntary return window does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.

2. How to Request a Return

Email support@northwickhousehold.com with:

- Your order number and the email address used at checkout;
- The product or products you wish to return; and
- The reason for your request.

For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items, include photographs of the product, packaging and relevant labels if safe and reasonably available. Do not operate a damaged appliance or recreate a dangerous condition to obtain evidence. We may request reasonable additional information to identify the order and resolve the issue.

Contact us before sending a return so we can provide approval and appropriate shipping or collection instructions. For large or heavy products, contact us before booking freight or a pickup. Return authorization is not a final refund decision; we assess the returned product under this policy and applicable law.

Once approved, send the return within 14 calendar days after approval. For an authorized collection, make the item available within that period; if we or our carrier cannot collect within it, an agreed later collection does not invalidate your timely request. You must make the original request within 30 days after receipt, but the return does not need to arrive within that original 30-day window.

Return address:

NORTHWICK HOUSEHOLD LLC
Returns Department
5993 Hill Ave
Bowling Green, KY 42116
United States

Include your order number inside the package. Pack metal edges, handles, appliance panels and other components securely, and protect cast-iron parts and pizza stones against impact. Do not force apart assembled parts or disconnect an unsafe fuel system; contact us for handling instructions first.

Do not send propane cylinders, charcoal, flammable liquids, wood chips, hot ashes or other fuel with a return. Never package a hot product or an appliance that may be leaking gas. If an item appears unsafe to transport, stop using it and contact us for instructions before arranging shipment.

For customer-paid returns, use a trackable carrier or freight service and retain your receipt and tracking information. Our listed return address does not establish a walk-in retail store, customer pickup service or in-person return option.

3. Return Shipping and Fees

For change of mind and other non-quality reasons, you arrange and pay the return postage or freight. Examples include ordering the wrong item or selecting a correctly described size or color that does not suit your space. The carrier's charge depends on package size, weight, service and distance; returning a large grill may cost more than returning a small accessory. We do not impose a separate flat return fee.

For confirmed defects, shipping damage, incorrect items or missing included components, we cover the necessary shipping costs to resolve the issue. If a return is required, we provide a prepaid return label or arrange another return method at no cost to you, including suitable freight or collection where needed. Contact us before purchasing postage for these returns.

Free standard outbound shipping does not include customer-paid postage or freight for non-quality returns. We do not charge restocking fees, refund processing fees or return handling fees. We do not deduct the original outbound shipping cost from an approved refund because that shipping was provided free of charge.

4. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly about damage, defects, an incorrect product or missing included components. Keep the packaging and parts if safe to do so. Do not continue using a product if the issue may cause injury or further damage.

After reviewing the issue with you, we arrange an appropriate replacement, missing part or refund. Photographs and order information may allow resolution without a return. You will not be charged shipping for a replacement or component needed because of a confirmed defect, transit damage or our fulfillment error.

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized alteration, accidental damage after delivery, or failure to follow the supplied operating or care instructions is not treated as a product defect under this voluntary policy. This does not limit any rights or remedies that apply by law. Our voluntary policy does not replace an applicable express or implied warranty.

5. Refund Amount and Method

For an approved return, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned products after discounts, together with any applicable refundable sales tax. For a partial-order return, the refund reflects only the returned items, their allocated discounts and refundable tax.

Customer-paid return postage or freight for a non-quality return is not reimbursed. We do not deduct original free outbound shipping, restocking fees or payment processing fees.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not require you to accept store credit instead of an approved monetary refund. If the original payment method has been closed or replaced, contact us so we can help coordinate with the payment provider.

6. Refund Processing Time

We inspect returned items and notify you of approval or the specific reason for rejection within 5 business days after receiving the return. If approved, we initiate the refund within 2 business days after approval.

After initiation, your bank or payment provider typically needs an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund. Actual timing varies by payment method and provider. If the refund has not appeared after that period, contact support@northwickhousehold.com so we can help trace it. If a refund fails or remains pending, we work with the payment provider to resolve the problem.

For Klarna, Afterpay or another installment service used at checkout, we send the refund through the original provider. That provider adjusts your balance or payment schedule under its terms. Follow the provider's payment instructions until it confirms an adjustment.

Where we approve a refund without requiring a return, we initiate it within 2 business days after confirming that resolution. Any earlier refund deadline or other mandatory remedy required by applicable law takes precedence.

7. Cancellations and Order Changes

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change an order before shipment. We will cancel an order that has not shipped and initiate a full refund within 2 business days after confirming cancellation.

We try to accommodate order changes before shipment. After an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or change it through our store; you may request an eligible return after delivery. Refusing a delivery does not replace contacting us for return instructions and does not remove your applicable legal rights.

If we cannot ship within the promised processing period, we notify you before that period expires, explain the delay, provide a revised shipment date when available and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the affected unshipped items for a full, prompt refund. Where consent is required and not received, we cancel and refund the affected unshipped items as required by law.

8. Exchanges

For a non-quality exchange, return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the item you want. We do not offer direct change-of-mind exchanges. Eligibility and customer-paid return-shipping terms still apply.

We handle replacement arrangements for confirmed defects, shipping damage and fulfillment errors separately at our expense as described above.

9. Missing Deliveries and Delivery Problems

If an order appears lost, misdelivered, or marked delivered but not received, contact us with your order number. We investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when loss or misdelivery is confirmed. A delivered tracking scan alone does not prevent investigation of a delivery problem.

Privacy Policy

NORTHWICK HOUSEHOLD LLC operates https://northwickhousehold.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit our store, purchase products, request support or otherwise interact with us. Shopify hosts our online store and provides commerce services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on your interaction, we collect:

- Contact and account information: name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, and account information if you create or use an account.
- Order and transaction information: products viewed or purchased, cart contents, order history, transaction references, payment status, delivery information, returns and refunds.
- Payment-related information: the payment method selected and limited transaction or card information supplied by a payment service. Payment credentials are submitted through checkout to Shopify or the selected payment provider. Do not send us full card numbers, security codes or banking passwords.
- Support information: messages, order details, product photographs and other information you choose to provide when asking for assistance.
- Device and usage information: IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, store interactions, timestamps, cookie identifiers and security logs.
- Privacy preferences and request information: your choices and information reasonably needed to verify and respond to a request.

These categories describe our practices, including the preceding 12 months to the extent our store operated and the relevant processing occurred. We do not request Social Security numbers or government identity documents for ordinary purchases, or collect precise geolocation for ordinary shopping. Independent payment providers may perform their own verification under their notices.

2. Sources and Purposes

We receive information directly from you, automatically through interactions with the store, and from Shopify, payment providers and delivery providers involved in your transaction.

We use information to operate the website and checkout; process payments; pack, fulfill, track and deliver orders; manage cancellations, returns and refunds; communicate about orders; answer questions; maintain transaction records; prevent fraud and misuse; diagnose technical problems; understand basic store operation; comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations; and resolve disputes.

We do not use personal information for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated profiling in our retail operations. Independent payment or installment providers may perform fraud checks or credit decisions under their own terms.

3. Analytics, Advertising, Marketing and Reviews

We have not enabled Google Analytics, Meta advertising tracking, TikTok advertising tracking, email marketing campaigns, SMS marketing campaigns or a product review app for this store. Order confirmations, shipment updates, refund notices and replies to inquiries are service communications. Making a purchase does not enroll you in promotional email or text messages.

Shopify may still process device, usage and transaction information for hosting, checkout, security, platform reporting and other platform services. The absence of separately installed advertising tools does not mean that the store operates without cookies or platform data processing.

If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, marketing or review functions, we will update relevant notices and obtain consent or provide choices where required before using information for those new purposes. A purchase alone is not consent to promotional text messages.

4. Information Disclosures

We disclose information as reasonably necessary to:

- Shopify and providers supporting hosting, checkout, security, payments and store operation;
- The payment, wallet or installment provider you choose, for transactions, refunds and associated checks;
- Packing, fulfillment and delivery providers, for order preparation, shipment, tracking and delivery;
- Providers assisting with communications, technical support, accounting, professional advice or legal obligations, when used for those purposes;
- Authorities or other parties where reasonably required by law, valid legal process, fraud investigation or protection of legal rights; and
- Parties involved in a proposed or completed business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on enabled Shopify services and your interactions, certain platform uses or disclosures may qualify as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some state laws. The privacy choices below apply to covered uses where the relevant law applies. We do not knowingly sell or share information of individuals under 16 for targeted advertising.

5. Shopify and Independent Providers

Shopify processes information to provide our store and may also process information for services it controls independently. Depending on enabled features, this can include services using information about interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify, such as Shop, Shop Pay and Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify and its service providers may process information outside the United States.

Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers
Shopify privacy portal: https://privacy.shopify.com

These resources explain Shopify's independent processing and available privacy choices. Contact us about information processed on our behalf. External wallets, installment services and other independent providers have their own privacy notices.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes. Relevant factors include the type of record, order and account history, customer service needs, legal and tax requirements, fraud prevention and disputes. A deletion request may not remove records needed to complete a transaction, meet legal duties or protect legal rights.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to our operations. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Keep account credentials private and contact us if you believe information has been misused.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your residence and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to confirm processing; access or receive a portable copy of your information; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; opt out of covered sale, sharing or targeted advertising; and limit certain sensitive-information uses or qualifying profiling where applicable. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you in our retail operations. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Submit a request to support@northwickhousehold.com with the subject "Privacy Request," call +1 (267) 972-3373, or write to our address below. Describe the request and provide the contact details associated with your interactions. You do not need an account to submit a request. We may reasonably verify identity for access, correction or deletion requests. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and provide an appropriate method.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, with appropriate evidence of authority. Some opt-out requests do not require identity verification. Browser choices may apply only to the device or browser used.

We respond within applicable legal deadlines, generally within 45 calendar days for verified access, correction or deletion requests where that period applies. If a permitted extension is necessary, we explain the reason and additional time. Covered opt-out requests are handled within their applicable, potentially shorter deadlines. We do not charge for requests except where applicable law permits a fee, which we explain in advance.

If we decline a request, we explain the reason and any available appeal process. To appeal, email "Privacy Appeal" to support@northwickhousehold.com. We respond within the applicable deadline; where the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act applies, we provide a written appeal decision and explanation within 60 calendar days. A shorter applicable deadline controls. If an appeal is denied, we explain how to contact the relevant state authority.

For covered sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-outs, email with the subject "Privacy Opt-Out," call us, or use any privacy-choice controls displayed on the store. Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. These choices do not stop information processing needed to fulfill an order, provide security or meet legal obligations. Shopify's privacy portal provides choices for processing it controls independently.

8. Children and External Websites

Our general-audience retail store is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information so we can review and take appropriate action.

External websites, including independent payment services, have their own privacy practices. Review their notices when using them. Links do not place those services under our control.

9. Changes and Contact

We may revise this policy as our practices or applicable requirements change. Where required, we provide additional notice or obtain consent before a materially different use. Contact us about store-related information or privacy requests using the details below.

Terms Of Service

These Terms govern your use of https://northwickhousehold.com and purchases from NORTHWICK HOUSEHOLD LLC. Read them with our Shipping, Return and Refund, Payment, Privacy and Cookie Policies. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

1. Using the Store

You must be legally able to enter the transaction, or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where applicable. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Keep account credentials secure if you create an account.

Do not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or copy protected content beyond what applicable law permits. Restrictions on misuse do not limit lawful consumer complaints or payment disputes.

2. Products and Product Information

We offer household outdoor grills, griddles, barbecue tools, grilling cookware and covers. Listings identify the particular product's dimensions, color, materials, quantity and included components. Dimensions describe the product rather than its shipping carton unless expressly stated otherwise. Check clearance and fit before ordering.

Only expressly listed components are included. Fuel, propane cylinders, regulators, hoses, connection kits, stands, cooking tools, food, furniture and other styling props are excluded unless the listing specifically includes them. A picture showing several items does not mean all are supplied.

Use each product for its stated purpose and follow supplied assembly, operating, cleaning and storage instructions. Fuel-burning grills, griddles and chimney starters are for outdoor use only. Do not use them in a house, garage, tent, vehicle or other enclosed space. Keep suitable clearance from combustible materials and keep children and pets away from hot equipment. Do not assume a hot handle is safe to touch.

Check the stated fuel type. Do not connect a liquid propane appliance to natural gas or use an unapproved conversion. Use the correct regulator, hose and connections specified for the particular appliance. Stop use if a product is damaged or appears unsafe. Do not assume an accessory fits every grill or a cover is suitable for a hot appliance.

Any certification, origin statement, material grade, temperature rating, heat output, load rating or performance claim applies only when stated and supported for the particular product. U.S. registration and dispatch do not mean that all goods are made in the United States. An additional commercial warranty applies only if expressly described for the item; our voluntary return policy does not replace applicable express or implied warranties.

Lighting, screens and styling may affect appearance, but do not excuse material differences between a supplied product and its description. Contact us about unclear or apparently incorrect information before ordering.

3. Prices, Orders and Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax. Required sales tax is calculated and displayed separately before order placement. Standard shipping to eligible addresses is free, without a minimum purchase, shipping surcharge or handling fee.

Payment is collected when you place an order. An order confirmation acknowledges the transaction. If we cannot fulfill an order, we notify you and refund the affected payment. We may contact you to resolve a payment error, unavailable item, incorrect address or reasonably suspected fraud.

If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we explain it and let you choose whether to proceed on corrected terms or cancel the affected items for a full refund. We do not increase the price after checkout without your agreement. Discounts follow their disclosed conditions. Partial-return refunds reflect allocated discounts.

Wallet and installment eligibility, payment schedules and independently imposed provider charges follow the provider's agreement. Enabled payment methods are described in our Payment Policy; the methods actually available for your order appear at checkout.

4. Shipping, Cancellation and Returns

We deliver to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Processing takes 1-3 business days; estimated transit takes 5-8 business days after shipment. Our order cutoff is 5:00 p.m. Central Time on business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. See our Shipping Policy for the calculation and exclusions.

An unshipped order can be canceled. We initiate a full refund within 2 business days after confirming cancellation. We try to accommodate changes before shipment; once shipped, an order cannot be canceled or changed through us. Eligible returns may be requested after delivery.

Our voluntary return request window is 30 calendar days after receipt. Approved returns must be sent within 14 calendar days after approval, subject to agreed collection arrangements for large items. Customers pay return postage or freight for non-quality returns. We cover necessary shipping for confirmed defects, shipping damage and fulfillment errors. We charge no restocking, refund processing or return handling fee and do not deduct original free outbound shipping. The Return and Refund Policy provides the full conditions and timelines.

If we cannot ship within the promised processing period, we provide the delay notice, consent choices and cancellation or refund options required by law. Mandatory rights take precedence over conflicting voluntary terms.

5. Shopify and Independent Services

Shopify hosts our store and processes information about visits and purchases to provide commerce services. Depending on enabled features, Shopify may also provide services based on interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. We share information with Shopify and relevant providers, which may be located outside the United States, for those services. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and links to Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and privacy portal.

Independent payment services and external websites have their own terms and practices. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller or your applicable rights against us.

6. Intellectual Property and Content

Store text, images, branding and design are owned by us or used with permission where applicable, except where otherwise identified. You may browse for personal shopping and keep copies reasonably needed for purchase records. Other copying, commercial reuse or redistribution requires authorization unless permitted by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply affiliation unless expressly stated.

7. Availability and Responsibility

We use reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and a functioning store but do not promise uninterrupted access or the absence of every technical error. We address purchase-related errors under our policies and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory product warranties, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not waive non-waivable consumer remedies.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

Applicable U.S. federal law and Kentucky law govern these Terms, subject to mandatory protections available under the laws of your state of residence. No provision requires you to waive a legally available complaint, court proceeding or other mandatory remedy.

Contact us about a problem so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent a complaint to a consumer authority or exercise of lawful payment dispute rights. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

9. Changes and Severability

We may revise these Terms for future use. Terms supplied at purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive future enforcement.

Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed at https://northwickhousehold.com, operated by NORTHWICK HOUSEHOLD LLC.

1. Delivery Area

We deliver to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

2. Free Standard Shipping

Standard outbound shipping is free on all eligible orders, with no minimum purchase, shipping surcharge or handling fee. Applicable sales tax is displayed separately at checkout and is not a shipping charge. We do not add an undisclosed mandatory large-item or freight surcharge to an accepted order.

Free outbound shipping does not cover customer-paid return postage or freight for change-of-mind or other non-quality returns. We cover necessary shipping for confirmed defects, shipping damage and our fulfillment errors under the Return and Refund Policy.

3. Business Hours and Order Cutoff

Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Central Time (CT), excluding U.S. federal holidays. The business-day order cutoff is 5:00 p.m. CT. CT follows CST (UTC-6) during standard time and CDT (UTC-5) during daylight saving time, rather than one fixed GMT offset all year.

Orders received before cutoff on a business day enter processing that day. Orders received at or after cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays enter processing the next business day. Entering processing does not mean the order ships that day.

4. Processing and Transit Times

Processing: 1-3 business days, counted from the applicable processing start day.
Estimated transit: 5-8 business days after handoff to the carrier.
Combined estimate: approximately 6-11 business days from the applicable processing start day.

Business days mean Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after cutoff may take longer in calendar days because processing begins the next business day.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery appointments. Weather, carrier disruptions and other events may affect transit. A delay does not remove your right to assistance, cancellation where applicable, or a remedy for non-delivery.

5. Shipment, Tracking and Large Products

We send shipment information to the checkout email address, including tracking when available. Tracking may take time to update after label creation; a label alone does not mean the carrier has received the shipment. We do not promise a particular carrier or delivery method unless stated at checkout.

Items may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping cost. Contact us if you need help identifying a package or its contents.

Check the product dimensions, delivery address and access route before ordering a grill or other large item. The delivery arrangement may depend on package size and carrier requirements. If an appointment or special receiving arrangement is needed, we or the carrier will contact you. Standard shipping does not include assembly, installation, fuel connection, removal of an old appliance or an inside-delivery service unless expressly offered in the order. Contact us before ordering if you need a particular receiving arrangement; do not assume an optional service is included.

6. Delayed or Unavailable Items

If we cannot ship within the promised processing period, we notify you before it expires, explain the delay, provide a revised shipment date when reasonably available, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel affected unshipped items for a full, prompt refund. Where consent is required and not received, we cancel and refund as required by law. We do not substitute store credit for a required monetary refund.

7. Address Changes and Delivery Problems

Review your delivery address before checkout. Contact us promptly to request a change before shipment. After shipment, we cannot guarantee a change. If an address issue prevents shipment, we contact you to resolve it or cancel affected items for a refund. We do not add undisclosed redelivery charges.

Contact us with your order number about a missed delivery, returned package, missing tracking updates, or a parcel marked delivered but not received. We investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed transit loss or misdelivery. A delivered tracking scan alone does not prevent investigation. A paid shipping-protection add-on is not required for us to investigate an eligible delivery problem.

8. Transit Damage

Inspect a shipment when it arrives. Contact us promptly about damage and supply photographs of the product and packaging if safe and reasonably available. An ordinary delivery signature does not by itself remove your right to report concealed damage. Stop using an unsafe product and contact us for instructions before arranging its return.

We cover necessary shipping to resolve confirmed transit damage and may arrange a replacement or refund without requiring an unsafe product to be shipped back. See our Return and Refund Policy.

1. Scope

This website offers household outdoor grills, griddles, barbecue tools, grilling cookware and covers for eligible U.S. delivery addresses. Purchases are governed by the Terms of Service and applicable payment, shipping and return policies. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain personal information and technology use.

2. Product Information and Use

Listings identify dimensions, colors, materials, quantity, construction and included components. Only expressly listed items are included. Fuel, gas cylinders, regulators, hoses, support tables, utensils, food and other props are excluded unless a listing says otherwise.

Product origin, certifications, manufacturing methods, material grades and performance ratings apply only when stated and supported for the particular item. U.S. company registration or a U.S. dispatch address does not establish that a product is manufactured in the United States. We do not imply independent certification or approval merely because an item is offered for sale.

Photographs and other visual presentations illustrate appearance and use. Lighting, styling and screen settings may affect appearance but do not excuse material differences from the description. Product-specific safety instructions take precedence over an illustrative scene.

Follow supplied assembly, operating, cleaning and storage instructions. Fuel-burning equipment is for outdoor use only and must not be used in enclosed spaces. Use the stated fuel type and correctly matched components. Keep children and pets away from hot equipment. Check appliance clearance and accessory fit; use suitable heat protection; and stop using damaged or unsafe products. A cover must only be placed on a completely cold appliance. Do not assume a serving rack, plastic grip or accessory has a particular heat rating unless expressly stated for that item.

3. Website Content and External Links

Website text, imagery, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property law where protection applies. Use beyond personal browsing and purchase records requires authorization unless permitted by law. Third-party marks remain their owners' property.

Independent websites and payment services have their own content, terms and practices. Links do not place them under our control or remove our responsibilities as the seller.

4. Errors and Legal Rights

Contact us about apparent listing errors, product safety issues or legal concerns. We review them and address affected orders under our policies and applicable law. Nothing in this notice excludes non-waivable consumer rights, applicable statutory or implied warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

See the Terms of Service for governing law, disputes and changes. Send legal or intellectual property correspondence to support@northwickhousehold.com with a description of the concern, the relevant page or content, and your contact information. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.

Payment Policy

NORTHWICK HOUSEHOLD LLC accepts payment for orders at https://northwickhousehold.com under the following terms.

1. Currency and Total Price

Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax. Before placing an order, checkout shows items, discounts, free standard shipping and applicable sales tax separately. Standard shipping to eligible addresses is free. We do not charge a separate payment handling or processing fee.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Our enabled payment methods are:

The methods displayed for an order depend on device and browser compatibility, account eligibility, order value and provider requirements. An enabled method does not mean every transaction qualifies. Choose a method displayed for your order at checkout.

3. When Payment Is Collected

Payment is collected when you place the order; we do not wait until shipment to capture payment. For wallets and installment services, the provider pays or arranges payment to us under its service, while your own payment schedule follows the provider's agreement. Completing checkout does not guarantee installment approval.

If a payment is declined, review billing information or contact your bank or provider. We cannot override an authorization or credit decision. A failed or incomplete payment does not create a completed paid order. If you see a pending authorization without an order confirmation, contact us before making repeated payment attempts.

4. Independent Provider Charges

Klarna and Afterpay arrangements depend on provider eligibility and terms. Interest, late fees or other provider charges are determined and disclosed by that provider. We do not describe installment payments as universally interest-free or fee-free. Your bank or provider may impose charges under its own agreement, including currency conversion if your account is not in USD.

5. Payment Security

Payments are handled through Shopify and the selected payment service. We use transaction and payment-status information for order fulfillment, support and refunds. Do not email full card numbers, CVV/security codes, banking credentials or payment passwords. We do not ask you to settle an order by emailing card credentials to customer service.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Eligible refunds go to the original payment method under the Return and Refund Policy. We do not deduct card processing fees from an approved refund even if the provider does not reimburse those fees to us.

We inspect received returns and notify you of approval or the specific rejection reason within 5 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days after approval. A bank or payment provider typically needs another 5-10 business days to post the refund; actual timing varies. If a refund fails or remains pending, contact us so we can investigate with the provider. Any earlier mandatory legal deadline controls.

For an unshipped order, we initiate a full refund within 2 business days after confirming cancellation. Where we approve a refund without a return, we initiate it within 2 business days after confirming that resolution. Installment refunds go through the original provider, which adjusts balances or future payments under its terms. Follow that provider's instructions until it confirms the adjustment.

7. Contact

Contact us with your order number and a description of the payment issue, without sensitive payment credentials.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What do you sell?

We offer household outdoor grills and griddles, chimney starters, barbecue utensils, grilling baskets, presses, rib racks, skewers, smoker boxes, pizza stones and grill covers. Check each listing for its dimensions, materials, color, quantity and included components.

2. Are accessories and food in photographs included?

Only the items expressly listed as included are supplied. Fuel, gas cylinders, regulators, hoses, connection kits, support tables, tools, gloves, food, furniture and other props are not included unless specifically stated. Follow the listed piece count for tool and skewer sets.

3. How are dimensions shown?

Dimensions are stated in inches, with other units where provided. Overall appliance dimensions differ from cooking-grate or cooktop dimensions. Dimensions describe the product, not its carton, unless stated otherwise. Check width, depth, height, diameter and required clearance before ordering. A cover's stated width alone does not establish a fit for every grill of that width.

4. Can fuel-burning products be used indoors?

No. Fuel-burning grills, griddles and chimney starters are for outdoor use only. Do not use them in homes, garages, tents, vehicles or enclosed spaces. Follow supplied instructions and maintain suitable clearance from combustible materials.

5. Are propane tanks and connection parts included?

Only if the product listing expressly includes them. Check the included-items section before ordering. Use the stated fuel type and correctly matched regulator, hose and connections specified for the appliance. Do not assume that a liquid propane appliance can operate on natural gas.

6. How do I care for grills and accessories?

Follow the product-specific instructions. Let equipment cool before cleaning or covering it. Dry cast iron and carbon steel after cleaning and maintain their oil or seasoning layer as directed. Do not assume every tool is dishwasher safe or every handle remains cool. Keep a pizza-stone serving rack out of the cooking appliance unless expressly rated for that use.

7. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

8. Is shipping free? Are taxes included?

Standard outbound shipping is free on eligible orders, with no minimum purchase, shipping surcharge or handling fee. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable sales tax, which is shown separately before order placement. Free outbound shipping does not cover non-quality return postage or freight.

9. How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1-3 business days. Estimated transit takes 5-8 business days after shipment. The combined estimate is approximately 6-11 business days from the applicable processing start day. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments.

10. What are your hours and cutoff time?

Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Central Time (CT), excluding U.S. federal holidays. The cutoff is 5:00 p.m. CT. Orders received at or after cutoff begin processing the next business day, as do weekend and holiday orders. CT follows CST (UTC-6) or CDT (UTC-5), as applicable.

11. Do you provide assembly, installation or indoor delivery?

These services are not part of standard shipping unless expressly offered with your order. Check product dimensions and access before ordering a large item. If a carrier appointment or special receiving arrangement is needed, we or the carrier will contact you. Contact us before ordering if you need a particular service.

12. Where are you based and where do orders ship from?

Our business, dispatch and return address is 5993 Hill Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42116, United States. This address does not establish a walk-in shop or pickup option. A U.S. dispatch address is not a product country-of-manufacture claim.

13. Which payment methods are available, and when am I charged?

Enabled methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna and Afterpay. Availability depends on checkout compatibility, eligibility and provider requirements. Payment is collected when the order is placed. Installment schedules and provider charges follow the provider's agreement.

14. Can I cancel or change an order?

Contact us before shipment. An unshipped order can be canceled, with a full refund initiated within 2 business days after confirmation. We try to accommodate changes before shipment. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled or changed through us; eligible returns may be requested after delivery.

15. What if shipment is delayed or a delivery is missing?

If we cannot ship within the promised processing period, we notify you and offer the choice to accept a revised shipment date or cancel affected unshipped items for a full, prompt refund, following applicable consent requirements. For an order in transit or marked delivered but missing, contact us. We investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed loss or misdelivery. A delivered scan alone does not stop an investigation.

16. Can I return an opened item?

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receipt. For a non-quality return, the item must remain unused, clean, undamaged and complete, with original packaging. Opening it for reasonable inspection does not by itself prevent a return. Grills must not have been fired or used for cooking, and accessories must not have been used for food preparation. Contact us if packaging is unavailable before paying return postage. Quality issues that appear during proper use are handled separately.

17. Who pays return shipping, and are there fees?

You pay postage or freight for change-of-mind and other non-quality returns. Large-item return freight can be more expensive than small-parcel postage. We cover necessary shipping for confirmed defects, transit damage, incorrect items and missing included components. We charge no restocking, refund processing or return handling fee and do not deduct original free outbound shipping. Contact us before arranging a return, freight booking or collection.

18. What if the product is damaged, defective or incomplete?

Email support@northwickhousehold.com with your order number and details. Photographs help if safe and reasonably available. Do not operate damaged equipment to demonstrate a fault. Stop use and contact us about unsafe products. We review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, part or refund. A return may not always be necessary.

19. When do I send an approved return, and when is the refund issued?

Send an approved return within 14 calendar days after approval; it need not arrive within the original 30-day request window. Agreed carrier collection delays do not invalidate a timely request. We inspect received returns within 5 business days and initiate approved refunds within 2 business days after approval. A bank or provider typically needs another 5-10 business days to post the refund. Any earlier mandatory legal deadline controls.

20. Can I send fuel or a gas cylinder with a returned grill?

No. Do not send propane cylinders, charcoal, flammable liquids, wood chips, hot ash or other fuel. Never package a hot product or an appliance that may be leaking gas. Contact us first about unsafe transport conditions. Follow the return instructions supplied for your item.

21. Do you offer exchanges or a one-year warranty?

For a non-quality exchange, return the eligible original product for a refund and place a new order. Confirmed defects and fulfillment errors are handled separately at our expense. We do not advertise a blanket one-year commercial warranty; any additional written warranty is described for the relevant item. Applicable express or implied warranties and non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.

22. Do you use advertising pixels or promotional email and SMS?

We have not enabled Google Analytics, Meta or TikTok advertising tracking, email or SMS marketing campaigns, or a product review app. Shopify and payment services still process information and may use cookies for platform services. Order updates are service communications. See our Privacy and Cookie Policies.

About Us

Northwick Household is an online store operated by NORTHWICK HOUSEHOLD LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. We offer household outdoor cooking equipment and accessories for customers in the contiguous United States.

Our range includes charcoal and propane grills, flat-top griddles, barbecue tools, grilling cookware and covers. Product pages identify dimensions, materials, colors, quantities and included components so customers can compare items and check their available space before ordering. Food, fuel and other scene-setting accessories are not included unless expressly listed.

We aim to make the purchasing process clear: prices are in USD, applicable sales tax is shown separately, eligible orders receive free standard shipping, and our voluntary return policy explains who pays return shipping and how refunds are handled. Processing takes 1-3 business days, followed by an estimated 5-8 business days in transit. The full Shipping Policy explains cutoff times, eligible addresses and delivery arrangements.

If you have a question about an item, a missing component, delivery or a return, contact us with the product name or order number. For large grills, check dimensions, access and the stated delivery arrangement before ordering. Follow product-specific operating instructions, and use fuel-burning equipment outdoors only.

Our business, dispatch and return address is listed below. A U.S. company and dispatch address does not mean that every product is manufactured in the United States. We do not claim a walk-in showroom, local installation service, manufacturer authorization or independent product certification unless expressly stated and supported for the relevant service or item.

1. Order and Delivery Support

Email support@northwickhousehold.com or call during customer service hours. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate the transaction. For delivery issues, include any tracking number and a description of the problem.

2. Product Questions

Identify the product and the dimensions, material, fuel type, compatibility or included parts you want clarified. For a large item, let us know if a particular access or receiving arrangement needs checking before purchase. Do not assume an accessory fits every appliance or that fuel and connection parts are included.

3. Returns, Damage and Missing Components

Contact us before mailing a return or arranging a freight pickup. For damage, defects, an incorrect item or missing components, describe the issue and supply photographs if safe and reasonably available. Do not operate damaged equipment or create a dangerous condition to obtain evidence.

Never mail fuel, gas cylinders, hot ash or a leaking appliance. Stop use of an unsafe product and contact us for handling instructions. The listed address does not establish an in-person return, customer pickup or walk-in retail service.

4. Privacy and Legal Requests

For personal information requests, use the subject "Privacy Request." Use "Privacy Opt-Out" for covered sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-outs and "Privacy Appeal" to appeal a decision where applicable. Our Privacy Policy explains available rights, verification and response periods.

For legal or intellectual property concerns, identify the relevant content or order and provide a description and contact details. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Protecting Your Information

Do not email full card numbers, security codes, bank login credentials, payment passwords or account passwords. We do not ask you to pay by sending those credentials to customer service. We review messages during the stated business hours; weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days.

Cookie Policy

This policy explains how NORTHWICK HOUSEHOLD LLC uses cookies and similar technologies at https://northwickhousehold.com. Read it together with our Privacy Policy. Shopify hosts our store, and payment services may use their own technologies when selected at checkout.

1. What These Technologies Do

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and identifiers used to recognize a session or device. Depending on their purpose, they help a store remember a cart, operate checkout, maintain preferences, prevent fraud, diagnose problems or support other platform services.

Some cookies expire when a browser session ends; others remain until they expire or are deleted. Duration varies by the particular technology, provider and enabled feature. We do not use one fixed retention period for every cookie.

2. Technologies Used by the Store

Necessary commerce and security technologies support shopping carts, checkout, authentication when used, transaction processing, fraud prevention, load balancing and privacy preference storage. Blocking them may prevent purchases or other functions from working.

Shopify may also process usage or device information for platform reporting and other enabled services. Depending on features and settings, Shopify services such as Shop, Shop Pay and Shopify Network Intelligence may involve processing beyond the operation of a single checkout. The absence of a separately installed advertising pixel does not mean that all platform processing is strictly necessary or that no cookies are present.

Shopify privacy portal: https://privacy.shopify.com

3. Optional Features Not Currently Enabled

We have not enabled Google Analytics, Meta or TikTok advertising tracking, promotional email campaigns, SMS marketing campaigns or a product review app for this store. Receiving a transactional order message does not mean you have subscribed to marketing.

If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, marketing or review technologies, we will update relevant notices and obtain consent or provide choices where required before activating covered optional uses. We do not treat making a purchase or continuing to browse as blanket consent to every optional technology.

4. Your Choices

Where privacy or cookie controls are displayed, use them to review or change the available choices. Where applicable law requires consent before optional technologies are used, we obtain that consent and allow withdrawal. Necessary commerce and security processing may remain active because it is needed to provide requested functions, protect transactions or meet legal obligations.

You can also use browser settings to delete or block cookies. Deleting cookies may remove saved privacy choices and require you to make them again. Blocking necessary cookies can affect carts, account access or checkout. Choices may apply only to the device and browser on which they are made.

For covered sale, sharing or targeted advertising opt-outs, email support@northwickhousehold.com with the subject "Privacy Opt-Out," call +1 (267) 972-3373, or use available store privacy-choice controls. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Such a signal does not stop processing necessary to fulfill an order, protect the store or comply with law. An ordinary browser "Do Not Track" setting is not necessarily the same as a recognized legal opt-out preference signal.

Shopify's privacy portal offers choices for processing Shopify controls independently. Those choices do not replace contacting us about information we control.

5. Payment Providers and Other External Services

An independent wallet or installment service may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, fraud prevention and payment processing under its own privacy notice. Its terms apply to its service alongside our handling of order information. We do not control every technology used on external provider websites.

6. Changes and Contact

We may revise this policy as technologies or legal requirements change. Where required, we provide additional notice or request a new choice before a materially different optional use. Contact us about our store's technologies or your privacy choices using the details below.

Return And Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made at https://northwickhousehold.com, operated by NORTHWICK HOUSEHOLD LLC.

1. Our 30-Day Voluntary Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. This policy applies to regular-price and sale items.

- Your order number and the email address used at checkout;

- Shopify and providers supporting hosting, checkout, security, payments and store operation;
- The payment, wallet or installment provider you choose, for transactions, refunds and associated checks;
- Packing, fulfillment and delivery providers, for order preparation, shipment, tracking and delivery;
- Providers assisting with communications, technical support, accounting, professional advice or legal obligations, when used for those purposes;

NORTHWICK HOUSEHOLD LLC is a Kentucky limited liability company.

- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Amazon Pay
- Klarna
- Afterpay
