Terms of service
These Terms govern your use of https://northwickhousehold.com and purchases from NORTHWICK HOUSEHOLD LLC. Read them with our Shipping, Return and Refund, Payment, Privacy and Cookie Policies. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
1. Using the Store
You must be legally able to enter the transaction, or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where applicable. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Keep account credentials secure if you create an account.
Do not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or copy protected content beyond what applicable law permits. Restrictions on misuse do not limit lawful consumer complaints or payment disputes.
2. Products and Product Information
We offer household outdoor grills, griddles, barbecue tools, grilling cookware and covers. Listings identify the particular product's dimensions, color, materials, quantity and included components. Dimensions describe the product rather than its shipping carton unless expressly stated otherwise. Check clearance and fit before ordering.
Only expressly listed components are included. Fuel, propane cylinders, regulators, hoses, connection kits, stands, cooking tools, food, furniture and other styling props are excluded unless the listing specifically includes them. A picture showing several items does not mean all are supplied.
Use each product for its stated purpose and follow supplied assembly, operating, cleaning and storage instructions. Fuel-burning grills, griddles and chimney starters are for outdoor use only. Do not use them in a house, garage, tent, vehicle or other enclosed space. Keep suitable clearance from combustible materials and keep children and pets away from hot equipment. Do not assume a hot handle is safe to touch.
Check the stated fuel type. Do not connect a liquid propane appliance to natural gas or use an unapproved conversion. Use the correct regulator, hose and connections specified for the particular appliance. Stop use if a product is damaged or appears unsafe. Do not assume an accessory fits every grill or a cover is suitable for a hot appliance.
Any certification, origin statement, material grade, temperature rating, heat output, load rating or performance claim applies only when stated and supported for the particular product. U.S. registration and dispatch do not mean that all goods are made in the United States. An additional commercial warranty applies only if expressly described for the item; our voluntary return policy does not replace applicable express or implied warranties.
Lighting, screens and styling may affect appearance, but do not excuse material differences between a supplied product and its description. Contact us about unclear or apparently incorrect information before ordering.
3. Prices, Orders and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax. Required sales tax is calculated and displayed separately before order placement. Standard shipping to eligible addresses is free, without a minimum purchase, shipping surcharge or handling fee.
Payment is collected when you place an order. An order confirmation acknowledges the transaction. If we cannot fulfill an order, we notify you and refund the affected payment. We may contact you to resolve a payment error, unavailable item, incorrect address or reasonably suspected fraud.
If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we explain it and let you choose whether to proceed on corrected terms or cancel the affected items for a full refund. We do not increase the price after checkout without your agreement. Discounts follow their disclosed conditions. Partial-return refunds reflect allocated discounts.
Wallet and installment eligibility, payment schedules and independently imposed provider charges follow the provider's agreement. Enabled payment methods are described in our Payment Policy; the methods actually available for your order appear at checkout.
4. Shipping, Cancellation and Returns
We deliver to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Processing takes 1-3 business days; estimated transit takes 5-8 business days after shipment. Our order cutoff is 5:00 p.m. Central Time on business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. See our Shipping Policy for the calculation and exclusions.
An unshipped order can be canceled. We initiate a full refund within 2 business days after confirming cancellation. We try to accommodate changes before shipment; once shipped, an order cannot be canceled or changed through us. Eligible returns may be requested after delivery.
Our voluntary return request window is 30 calendar days after receipt. Approved returns must be sent within 14 calendar days after approval, subject to agreed collection arrangements for large items. Customers pay return postage or freight for non-quality returns. We cover necessary shipping for confirmed defects, shipping damage and fulfillment errors. We charge no restocking, refund processing or return handling fee and do not deduct original free outbound shipping. The Return and Refund Policy provides the full conditions and timelines.
If we cannot ship within the promised processing period, we provide the delay notice, consent choices and cancellation or refund options required by law. Mandatory rights take precedence over conflicting voluntary terms.
5. Shopify and Independent Services
Shopify hosts our store and processes information about visits and purchases to provide commerce services. Depending on enabled features, Shopify may also provide services based on interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. We share information with Shopify and relevant providers, which may be located outside the United States, for those services. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and links to Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and privacy portal.
Independent payment services and external websites have their own terms and practices. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller or your applicable rights against us.
6. Intellectual Property and Content
Store text, images, branding and design are owned by us or used with permission where applicable, except where otherwise identified. You may browse for personal shopping and keep copies reasonably needed for purchase records. Other copying, commercial reuse or redistribution requires authorization unless permitted by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply affiliation unless expressly stated.
7. Availability and Responsibility
We use reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and a functioning store but do not promise uninterrupted access or the absence of every technical error. We address purchase-related errors under our policies and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory product warranties, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not waive non-waivable consumer remedies.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
Applicable U.S. federal law and Kentucky law govern these Terms, subject to mandatory protections available under the laws of your state of residence. No provision requires you to waive a legally available complaint, court proceeding or other mandatory remedy.
Contact us about a problem so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent a complaint to a consumer authority or exercise of lawful payment dispute rights. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
9. Changes and Severability
We may revise these Terms for future use. Terms supplied at purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive future enforcement.
