This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit our store, purchase products, request support or otherwise interact with us. Shopify hosts our online store and provides commerce services.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on your interaction, we collect:
- Contact and account information: name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, and account information if you create or use an account.
- Order and transaction information: products viewed or purchased, cart contents, order history, transaction references, payment status, delivery information, returns and refunds.
- Payment-related information: the payment method selected and limited transaction or card information supplied by a payment service. Payment credentials are submitted through checkout to Shopify or the selected payment provider. Do not send us full card numbers, security codes or banking passwords.
- Support information: messages, order details, product photographs and other information you choose to provide when asking for assistance.
- Device and usage information: IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, store interactions, timestamps, cookie identifiers and security logs.
- Privacy preferences and request information: your choices and information reasonably needed to verify and respond to a request.
These categories describe our practices, including the preceding 12 months to the extent our store operated and the relevant processing occurred. We do not request Social Security numbers or government identity documents for ordinary purchases, or collect precise geolocation for ordinary shopping. Independent payment providers may perform their own verification under their notices.
2. Sources and Purposes
We receive information directly from you, automatically through interactions with the store, and from Shopify, payment providers and delivery providers involved in your transaction.
We use information to operate the website and checkout; process payments; pack, fulfill, track and deliver orders; manage cancellations, returns and refunds; communicate about orders; answer questions; maintain transaction records; prevent fraud and misuse; diagnose technical problems; understand basic store operation; comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations; and resolve disputes.
We do not use personal information for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated profiling in our retail operations. Independent payment or installment providers may perform fraud checks or credit decisions under their own terms.
3. Analytics, Advertising, Marketing and Reviews
We have not enabled Google Analytics, Meta advertising tracking, TikTok advertising tracking, email marketing campaigns, SMS marketing campaigns or a product review app for this store. Order confirmations, shipment updates, refund notices and replies to inquiries are service communications. Making a purchase does not enroll you in promotional email or text messages.
Shopify may still process device, usage and transaction information for hosting, checkout, security, platform reporting and other platform services. The absence of separately installed advertising tools does not mean that the store operates without cookies or platform data processing.
If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, marketing or review functions, we will update relevant notices and obtain consent or provide choices where required before using information for those new purposes. A purchase alone is not consent to promotional text messages.
4. Information Disclosures
We disclose information as reasonably necessary to:
- Shopify and providers supporting hosting, checkout, security, payments and store operation;
- The payment, wallet or installment provider you choose, for transactions, refunds and associated checks;
- Packing, fulfillment and delivery providers, for order preparation, shipment, tracking and delivery;
- Providers assisting with communications, technical support, accounting, professional advice or legal obligations, when used for those purposes;
- Authorities or other parties where reasonably required by law, valid legal process, fraud investigation or protection of legal rights; and
- Parties involved in a proposed or completed business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on enabled Shopify services and your interactions, certain platform uses or disclosures may qualify as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some state laws. The privacy choices below apply to covered uses where the relevant law applies. We do not knowingly sell or share information of individuals under 16 for targeted advertising.
5. Shopify and Independent Providers
Shopify processes information to provide our store and may also process information for services it controls independently. Depending on enabled features, this can include services using information about interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify, such as Shop, Shop Pay and Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify and its service providers may process information outside the United States.

6. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes. Relevant factors include the type of record, order and account history, customer service needs, legal and tax requirements, fraud prevention and disputes. A deletion request may not remove records needed to complete a transaction, meet legal duties or protect legal rights.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to our operations. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Keep account credentials private and contact us if you believe information has been misused.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your residence and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to confirm processing; access or receive a portable copy of your information; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; opt out of covered sale, sharing or targeted advertising; and limit certain sensitive-information uses or qualifying profiling where applicable. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you in our retail operations. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Describe the request and provide the contact details associated with your interactions. You do not need an account to submit a request. We may reasonably verify identity for access, correction or deletion requests. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and provide an appropriate method.
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, with appropriate evidence of authority. Some opt-out requests do not require identity verification. Browser choices may apply only to the device or browser used.
We respond within applicable legal deadlines, generally within 45 calendar days for verified access, correction or deletion requests where that period applies. If a permitted extension is necessary, we explain the reason and additional time. Covered opt-out requests are handled within their applicable, potentially shorter deadlines. We do not charge for requests except where applicable law permits a fee, which we explain in advance.
If we decline a request, we explain the reason and any available appeal process. To appeal, email "Privacy Appeal" to support@northwickhousehold.com. We respond within the applicable deadline; where the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act applies, we provide a written appeal decision and explanation within 60 calendar days. A shorter applicable deadline controls. If an appeal is denied, we explain how to contact the relevant state authority.
For covered sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-outs, email with the subject "Privacy Opt-Out," call us, or use any privacy-choice controls displayed on the store. Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. These choices do not stop information processing needed to fulfill an order, provide security or meet legal obligations. Shopify's privacy portal provides choices for processing it controls independently.
8. Children and External Websites
Our general-audience retail store is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information so we can review and take appropriate action.
External websites, including independent payment services, have their own privacy practices. Review their notices when using them. Links do not place those services under our control.
9. Changes and Contact
